jisuk	12:40p	crap My black cat, Goma/Mr. Fish, is twelve. I thought he was aging very well because he's always looked exactly the same as the day I adopted him (he was five). But today I noticed that the somewhat bare spots between his eyes and ears (I think this is common in black cats) is much more bare than before. Usually you can see his skin if you look from the right angle but now he really does have bald spots there. I can see the wrinkles in his skin and a couple old-man spots. The rest of him is fine, including his personality. He isn't acting any different. Do cats grey at all? I've never had an old cat before so I don't know how they age. I feel like I should take him to the vet just for peace of mind. Have you guys had old cats? I read that the average age for cats is 12-15 years... and he's twelve. :( (27 Comments |Comment on this)
